GST, Customs & Import Duties

Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in all our prices, although you may still be liable for additional taxes in other countries if applicable. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices do not include additional foreign import duties or customs fees that may be applicable, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Your Privacy

At Soon, we value your privacy. Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Policy, all personal information we collect is stored securely.

You are not required to disclose any personal information to browse our website, and only minimal information is required to make a purchase. Certain information, such as your shipping address, is stored for convenience but cannot be accessed by anyone other than you.

We treat personal information as strictly confidential. Except as outlined below, we will not disclose, share, sell, rent, distribute, or license your personal information to any third party without your prior written consent.

By registering on the Soon website, you are automatically added to our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive communications from Soon, you can unsubscribe by emailing info@soonmaternity.com or following the unsubscribe link in any newsletter you receive.

Automatic Data Collection

Certain information, such as your IP address and browser type, is automatically transmitted to us. This data is collected solely for statistical purposes to help improve our website and services, and no personal information is included in these statistics. Similar information may also be transmitted with emails you send; this data is not stored.

Payment

When completing your purchase, you will be asked for your preferred payment method.

To pay by credit card over the phone, please contact us at (03) 9826 4686 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Payment by phone must be completed at least 24 hours before your order is shipped.

Soon does not convert your total payment into other currencies. We charge in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and your credit card provider will handle conversion if necessary.

Product, service, shipping, and other fees displayed on this website are current at the time of publication but may change. If stock is unavailable, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Gift Cards

Soon Online may offer gift certificates of varying value to eligible customers. Customers may need to purchase a minimum order value to qualify.

Gift certificates can only be redeemed online in a single transaction. Unused balances will be added to your account for future orders. Certificates expire on the date indicated and cannot be redeemed for cash or at retail stores. Lost certificates cannot be replaced.

Promotional Codes & Discounts

Promotional codes may be offered to eligible customers from time to time. Customers may need to meet a minimum order value to qualify.

Promo codes are only redeemable online and may be used multiple times during the specified promotion period. Codes expire on the date specified in the terms. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed in retail stores.

Buy 2 or more items and get 25% off selected products. Discounts apply only when two or more items are purchased in a single transaction and cannot be combined with other offers. Returns of any items may affect the discount applied.

Shopping Security

Your security is a priority at www.soonmaternityid.com. We use advanced encryption to protect your personal information and ensure credit card safety.

Soon Maternity ID uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. All forms on our site are SSL-encrypted, ensuring that credit card and personal information are safely transmitted. Indicators of a secure session include:

  • “https” in the browser address bar

  • A small padlock icon at the bottom or next to the URL

Some pages may display “http” if no sensitive information is entered; SSL activates automatically when required.

Shipping

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–7 business days. Shipping via Pos Indonesia or Registered Post, fully trackable with signature required. Free shipping for orders over IDR 1,000,000. Standard shipping: IDR 8,900. Items on backorder may take longer and ship separately at no extra cost.

  • International: 2–14 business days. Free shipping for orders over IDR 2,000,000 (except for remote areas). New Zealand orders: free shipping over IDR 1,000,000, otherwise IDR 15,000. Additional customs fees, taxes, or shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Orders may take up to 3 weeks due to customs.

All international shipments must declare the full value as merchandise for customs purposes; orders cannot legally be marked as “gifts.”

Late Deliveries:
Consider authorization and address verification, processing times, and public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. Contact Sales@soonmaternityid.com if your order does not arrive within 5–14 days.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. For returns or exchanges:

  • Complete the RMA return/exchange form online or print it: https://bit.ly/2BVG6A4

  • Returns must be made within 30 days, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with Soon Maternity ID tags attached, and accompanied by invoice or RMA form. Registered post is recommended; customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Items: Inspected by our QA team. Defective items due to production or material faults will be replaced or refunded at no extra shipping cost. Non-defective items cannot be returned.

Changed Mind: Items worn, washed, or with removed labels cannot be returned. Additional shipping costs apply for replacement items.

Wrong Size: No additional shipping cost for size exchanges; return shipping not refunded.

Wrong Color: Soon Maternity ID covers shipping if the item color received differs from the order. Display colors online may not exactly match physical items.
