For customers in Singapore: our warehouse is based locally, so your order ships domestically, no customs or import duties apply. All prices shown already include tax.

International Orders (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)

• Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, and are the responsibility of the customer.
  

• Soon Maternity is legally required to declare the full value of goods and include an invoice for customs clearance.

• We ship via Singapore Post. In some countries, customers may be required to collect their parcel from the nearest post office due to the paperwork or contact us to arrange duty-paid delivery straight to your door.
• Delivery takes 5-8 Business days. 

 

Please note: Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duty costs cannot be refunded by Soon Maternity for exchanges or returns. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are ineligible for refund.

Order Dispatch

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.

• Order place after Friday 5 pm will be deliver on Monday.

• In rare cases, additional postage fees may apply for international remote areas — we’ll contact you directly if this occurs.

Returns & Exchanges

At Soon Maternity ID, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer an exchange, online credit note. Unfortunately, we are not offering refund except faulty. 

How to Return an Item

• Customers are responsible for covering return postage (we recommend using registered post).

• Complete the returns form included with your order and place it inside your parcel.

Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the original dispatch date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Soon Maternity tags attached.

Please Note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• For exchanges, Soon Maternity will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

• We strongly recommend using registered post, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Sale Items

• Sale, promotional, or discounted items are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

• Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund (clearly stated in product descriptions).

Faulty Items
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, it will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Officer.

• If deemed faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defects, we’ll issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you.

• If not deemed faulty, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Incorrect Item Sent
If you received the wrong size, colour, or item, Soon Maternity ID will cover all shipping costs to resolve the issue.
Please email sales@soonmaternityid.com and we will provide a prepaid return label.
